Everyone gets nervous every now and then. It can be challenging to manage, and sometimes you just want to help that special someone keep calm but don’t know where to start. Try out these blends to induce calmness and quiet down the mind. For diffusers with the standard capacity, 100ml, use 4-5 drops of essential oils. For 200ml water capacity, you may use 6-9 drops.

Palmarosa + Lemongrass + Peppermint

The lovely hybrid scent of palmarosa is excellent for calming down nerves and tension. Feeling lethargic and irritated? Rejuvenate yourself with the fresh and lemony scent of lemongrass. Peppermint’s sharp and cooling scent invigorates the mind and energizes the senses. It is great for nausea, too, which is common when experiencing anxiety.

    • 2 drops palmarosa/lemongrass
    • 2 drops peppermint
  • 200ml water
    • 3 drops palmarosa
