With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we thought it would be a great time to share some of our romantic recipes. Here are a few sensual essential oil blends for you and your significant other to try out. These blends help to reduce tension and other stressful feelings, improve mood and boost low libido levels. Diffuse them for about 30 minutes. For diffusers with the standard capacity, 100ml, use 4-5 drops of essential oils. For 200ml water capacity, you may use 6-8 drops.
Amyris + Rose Absolute/Jasmine Absolute + Patchouli
Amyris possesses calming, sensual and expectorant qualities, on top of its lovely balsamic and woody aroma with vanilla notes. Both rose absolute and jasmine absolute are emotionally uplifting and natural aphrodisiacs. To offset the deep and rich floral scents, top off this blend with patchouli, musky and earthy, as well as emotionally grounding.
